The recommended amount of Bene-Bac Plus Pet Gel is 1 gram per 4.5 kg of body weight, with a maximum of 5 grams. Use the gel twice, with a three-day interval in between. It can be given directly into the mouth or mixed with food. For puppies and kittens, the following doses apply:

• Newborn puppies and kittens: 1/4 to 1/2 gram at birth; 1/2 gram on days 3, 5, and 7, and again at weaning.
• Hand-raised puppies and kittens: increase to 1/2 to 1 gram on day 7, 14, and when introducing solid food.
