Harrisons High Potency foods have been specially developed for the transition to Harrisons Bird Foods, for moulting birds, underweight and overweight birds, hand-fed birds under 6-8 months old and sick birds or birds with special needs. The high potency food can be given throughout the year to certain bird species, including African grey parrots, Macaws, Palm and Moluccan Cockatoos and Golden Parakeets. Harrisons High Potency Mash is specially developed for canaries, parakeets, finches, budgerigars, pigeons and other small birds.
Harrisons Bird Foods formulas are certified organic and free from pesticides, mould and fungal toxins, colourings and flavourings and preservatives.
Administration:
Divide the dayportion of your bird and make sure he gets fed twice a day (in the morning and in the evening). You should reduce the amount of extra nutrition, like fruits and vegetables, to a maximum of 10 -15% of the total nutrition. You also should give the extra nutrition in small portions or as a treat.
Dosage:
Give the bird daily the amount that he wants to eat, this is called the dayportion. The dayportion varies per type, per inidividual, and is reliant to climate conditions, the moult and the amount of body excercise.
Package:
The package contains 1 pound (454 gr).
