Milprazon is a broad-spectrum dewormer for cats that is safe to use and effective against important worms.
Active Ingredients
Milprazon contains Milbemycin oxime and Praziquantel as active ingredients. Milbemycin oxime is effective against roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, and can also be used to prevent heartworm.

One tablet of Milprazon for small cats and kittens contains:
4 mg Milbemycin oxime
10 mg Praziquantel
One tablet of Milprazon for large cats contains:
16 mg Milbemycin oxime
40 mg Praziquantel
Depending on the cat's body weight, the practical dosage is as follows:

How often should you worm a cat?
The ESCCAP (European Scientific Counsel Companion Animal Parasites) recommends deworming adult cats an average of 4 times a year. Kitten deworming at 3, 5 and 7 weeks of age, then every month until they are six months old.
