Phytonics Gluco Balance for horse and pony is a supplementary feed that supports a healthy sugar metabolism in horses and ponies. It can be used in case of an excess of sugars and starch absorbed from the diet, including fructosamine in grass and hay, and in case of a shortage of zinc and chromium in the diet. In addition, Phytonics Gluco Balance supports a good function of the pancreas and intestines and can be used for healthy muscles, hooves, tail and mane.
The powder can be given over the food. Moisten (in the case of dry feed) the feed/powder so that it is not blown out of the feed trough.
Dosage:
Keep the following dosage, for the first week 2x per day, from the second week 1x per day:
- Horse = 1 scoop
- Pony = ¾ scoop
1 scoop contains approximately 8 grams of powder Phytonics Gluco Balance.
Upon improvement, a maintenance dose can be used. This is usually half the indicated dosage. When dosing this product, carefully observe the reaction of the animal. A higher dose may be required in the beginning, this product can be safely given in a double dose. When improving, gradually reduce the dose to the lowest possible dose.
For animals younger than 6 months, consult your veterinarian before using this product.
