Prepusol cleans and takes care of the prepuce (foreskin) of the dog. Because of the anatomy of the dog, the foreskin is often a source of infection. Through the warm, moist environment bacteria and fungi are given an excellent opportunity to multiply. We often see a drop of pus (matter) in the cover of the foreskin.
