Selgian - 10 mg - 30 tablets
When do you use Selgian for your dog?
Is your dog suffering from emotional behavioural disorders? These include symptoms such as anxiety or phobias, mood swings, depression or antisocial behaviour, loss of appetite, increased appetite, or aggression. Selgian 10 mg can offer a solution. At least 80% of the dogs treated with Selgian 10 mg felt better or are completely cured of their complaints!
How does Selgian work?
The active substance in Selgian 10 mg is Selegiline. This substance acts on the neurotransmitters in your dog's central nervous system. It helps the neurotransmitters to better pass on the messages in the brain, making your dog feel better and behave better. Furthermore, it protects the brain against harmful particles and toxic substances. It is recommended to use behavioural therapy or individual guidance of your dog, in addition to using Selgian 10 mg.
Selgian 10 mg should be administered to your dog for a long time. It can take a number of months before your dog is symptom-free or that improvements in behaviour are visible. Always consult with your vet to determine the correct dosage and period of use.
What are the side effects of Selgian?
Selgian 10 mg is not harmful to your pet in the short and long term. Possible side effects such as gastrointestinal complaints rarely occur and only in the case of excessive dosages. There is also no habituation with the use of Selgian 10 mg, which means your dog can get the same amount of Selgian 10 mg to get the same effect. If your dog does fall back into its old behavioural patterns, you can repeat the treatment with Selgian 10 mg. Always consult with your vet to ensure that you are administering the product to your animal correctly and in the right dose.
It is possible that Selgian inhibits the production of the hormone prolactin. Selgian 10 mg is therefore not recommended for pregnant and lactating dogs.
