PharmaPoints are points you earn in our shop and can be exchanged for discounts. Earning PharmaPoints is automatic if you have an account with Pharmacy4pets. We will give you your first 200 points as a gift!

At Pharmacy4pets you earn points with every order. You will earn 10 points for every €1 you spend, with the exception of shipping costs. Your PharmaPoints will be awarded after processing and shipping your order. You can also receive PharmaPoints in other ways, for example by subscribing to our newsletter or writing a product review. Subscribing to our newsletter will earn you 200 points and an approved product review will earn you 100 points. Per month, you can receive up to 500 PharmaPoints for writing product reviews.

10 points = €0.05 discount. At 400 points, you can exchange points for a discount!

You can find your points balance in your account under "PharmaPoints".

Redeeming your points is easy:

1. Log in to your account
2. Place the desired products in your shopping cart
3. Go to the shopping cart or order summary
4. Flip open the PharmaPoints overview (this step only applies to the order overview)
5. Enter the number of points you want to redeem
6. The discount will be automatically deducted

You can redeem a maximum of 2000 points per order.

Saved points are valid for 1 year.

If PharmaPoints cannot be awarded due to a technical defect, this will be reported here. PharmaPoints cannot be awarded retroactively or given in any other form of discount.

At the bottom of our shop you can easily subscribe to our newsletter by entering your e-mail address. You will then regularly receive great discount offers.

Redeeming a discount code is easy:

• Add the desired products to your cart
• Go to your shopping cart
• Under the products you will find the heading "Do you have a discount code?", click on it
• Add the discount code and click on apply
• The discount code will be automatically calculated
