What are the shipping costs of my order?
For shipments up to 2 kg:
The shipping costs are €5.95 including VAT for an order up to €29.99. Between € 30 and €58.99 it is €4.95. From €59 the shipping costs are €2.95.
For shipments >2 kg:
Shipping costs for orders weighing >2 kg are weight-dependent. After you have added the desired products to your shopping cart, you will see the shipping amount in the cart overview and in the checkout.
What is the status of my order?
We do our best to keep you informed about the status of your order. Once you have placed an order with us, we will send you an order confirmation. As soon as your order is shipped, we will inform you by e-mail.

When can I expect my order?
Orders to Denmark are usually delivered within 3-7 working days.
Prescription medication
Did you order prescription medication? Please keep in mind that processing the prescription will take 1-2 business days. Shipping your order will therefore take a little longer.
How will my order be delivered?
Our orders are shipped with DHL or Deutsche Post. Many of our orders are shipped as letterbox packages. If this is the case, you do not need to be at home to receive the order. This will be indicated in the mail from the deliveryman.
If your shipment is sent with DHL Parcel Connect, it will be sent to a ServicePoint by DHL as standard. You simply enter your own address when placing your order. DHL will then send your order to the nearest ServicePoint and will inform you by email and text message about the status of your shipment. Therefore, please make sure that you enter a correct telephone number and email address when placing your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace number via email. In the mail you will also find a link, so you can easily follow your order.
You can also find this link in your account:

2. Go to ‘My account’
3. Go to ‘My orders’
4. If the status of your order is ‘Complete’, a truck icon will appear. Clicking on it will open the link to track your order.
If your shipment is sent with DHL Parcel Connect, it will be sent to a ServicePoint by DHL as standard. DHL will inform you of the status of your shipment by email and text message, in addition to the tracking link you receive from us.
I haven't received my order (yet). What to do now?
First, check the status of your order in ‘My orders’ in your account.
Is the status not yet ‘Complete’? If so, please wait a little longer. We are probably still processing your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will inform you by e-mail.
Is the status ‘Complete’, but you have not (yet) received your order? If so, please contact us no later than 6 weeks after placing your order. Unfortunately, we can no longer process reports submitted to us 6 weeks after the order date.
What happens to my order if I do not collect it?
Sometimes it happens that we receive orders back with the reason that they have not been picked up at the pickup location. If we receive an order back that has not been picked up by you, we will contact you. In consultation with you will be decided what to do with the package.
