Is it possible to cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not been shipped yet, the order can still be changed or cancelled. Once the order has shipped, this is no longer possible.

I have received the wrong product, what should I do?

We do our utmost to pack and ship all orders carefully. If you still have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service. Send a picture of what you received, so we can immediately look at how we can best solve this.

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return your order (partially), you have up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order to notify us. This can be done in two ways:

1. You can use the Model Withdrawal Form. You can fill out this form digitally and then send it to us. However, using this form is not mandatory.

2. You can directly contact us. Please include the following details in your message:

- Your name
- Your order number
- The products you wish to return
- Optionally, the reason for the return

Once we receive your return request, we will assess whether we are allowed to accept the products you wish to return. We will then notify you by email. You can read more about the return conditions here.

If your return request is accepted, please package the products well and, if reasonably possible, return them in their undamaged, original packaging. Please clearly indicate in the return package that it is a withdrawal. The costs and risks for the return shipment are your responsibility, so make sure to adequately stamp your return shipment.

Once we have received your return and processed the refund, we will inform you. If you return your entire order, the shipping costs will be refunded. If you return part of your order, the shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

What are the conditions for returns?

These are the conditions for returning a product:

• The product is undamaged. 
• The product is unopened.
• The product is unused.
• The product is in its original packaging.
• The product is not a (pet) medication.
• The product has no limited shelf life.
• The product has not come into contact with your pet.
• You received the item less than 14 calendar days ago.
• Pharmacy4pets is not liable for loss or damage.
  
Products that you cannot return:

(Pet) medications. The return of (pet) medications is legally prohibited for health protection reasons. This includes not only medications but also flea and tick treatments and dewormers. The quality of these products can no longer be guaranteed once they have left our warehouse, including unopened packages.
Products with a limited shelf life. The return of products with a limited shelf life is legally prohibited. In our case, these are products that are less than 1 month shelf life from the order date to the product's expiration date (indicated in the product name when ordering in our webshop).
Products that have come into contact with your pet. The return of products that have come into contact with your pet is legally prohibited for hygiene reasons. To check if, for example, a dog harness fits, you may take the product out of the packaging and hold it next to your pet.
